The wedding venue offers spacious bridal and groom suites. The bridal suite has oversized mirrors and is exceptionally comfortable and cozy for you and the girls to enjoy while getting ready for your big day. The groom’s room is also highly accommodating, with lounge chairs, shuffleboard, and a dry bar.
When you choose The Warehouse at West Main, the venue will come fully set up with tables, chairs, and linens ready for your entourage to bring your vision to life. A wedding day coordinator can also be added to help with the organization of vendors and decorating.
Our wedding venue and reception hall will accommodate 230 dinner guests or up to 275, with some standing room to allow free-flowing socializing.
As one of the most unique Tulsa wedding venues, The Warehouse at West Main has an industrial rustic design that will make your wedding day memorable. The venue is full of history in the exposed brick wall but also elegant and charming.
To fully customize your day, we allow you to bring in your alcohol and catering. Bartending service and daily event insurance are required, with liquor being served.

Note: Clients are always responsible for setting up and removing all décor, food, and beverages within their reserved rental period. Clients are also responsible for ensuring vendors arrive and tear down during the rental period.

At The Warehouse, we give our clients the flexibility to handle their own table setup, teardown, and basic cleanup to help save costs.
If the set-up and teardown package is purchased, The Warehouse will handle table set-up and teardown, sweeping, and trash removal outside of your rental period.
