About The Warehouse at West Main
The Warehouse at West Main hosts a spacious 4000 sq. ft. banquet hall
- Private Bridal Suite.
- Private Groom’s Suite.
- A catering kitchen equipped with a commercial-grade fridge and ice maker.
- Excellent back-alley access for your favorite food truck to park and serve your guests, if food trucks are more your style.
- Tables and chairs for 200 guests are included with every rental.

Access period Friday 5-10 pm, Saturday 11 am-midnight, Sunday 8-10 am
Note: Clients are always responsible for setting up and removing all décor, food, and beverages within their reserved rental period. Clients are also responsible for ensuring vendors arrive and tear down during the rental period.

*Plus $600 refundable cleaning/damage deposit for all weddings, $1000 if serving alcohol

At The Warehouse, we give our clients the flexibility to handle their own table setup, teardown, and basic cleanup to help save costs.
If the setup and teardown package is purchased, The Warehouse will handle table setup and teardown, sweeping, and trash removal outside your rental period.
Electronic Package | (Projector, sound system, and wireless mic)……..$200
Event Staff | $300 for 3 hours, every hour after is $50- (Required for liquor service)
Ceiling Florals package | $350
Table Centerpieces | ranging from $8-$50 Per table
Dance Floor | $350
*$800.00 due at signing of contract to hold date (non-refundable)
Balance due 30 days before the scheduled event
